Timeless Homeschool Events – Cullman is proud to offer a traditional graduation ceremony open to all homeschoolers. While we are not a cover school and do not issue diplomas, our experienced team—led by a director with years of involvement in Timeless Homeschool Events—is honored to host this meaningful milestone.
Graduation is held each year in May or early June at Wallace State Community College in Hanceville, providing a beautiful and formal setting for this special occasion.
To simplify the process, we’ve partnered with HomeschoolDiploma.com, where you can conveniently order caps, gowns, diplomas, invitations, and other graduation regalia. However, families are welcome to purchase these items from any vendor of their choice.
Parents are responsible for providing:
-
Cap, gown, and tassel
-
Diploma and diploma cover
-
Invitations
-
Any optional regalia (e.g., cords, medallions, honor stoles)
We highly recommend honor stoles for graduates who have completed dual enrollment programs as a way to recognize their academic achievements.
We look forward to celebrating your graduate with you in a ceremony that honors their journey and accomplishments!

The Fall Dance 2025 "A Night In Panem"
Coming November 1st! Step into the gritty, electrifying world of The Hunger Games at this immersive teen dance, set in the heart of District 12’s iconic Hob. Flickering lanterns, smoldering embers, and rustic market stalls set the stage for a night of rebellion, camaraderie, and adventure.
Upon arrival, you'll receive a Capitol-issued passport, allowing you to travel between districts to experience their unique flavors and challenges. Collect stamps as you visit each station, where you can sample signature foods from different districts—taste the rich stews of District 9, the decadent sweets of the Capitol, or the fresh seafood from District 4. But it’s not just about food—each district will also offer interactive games and activities where you can test your survival skills, form alliances, and prove your worth as a tribute.
The dance floor will pulse with high-energy beats as the DJ spins tracks fit for rebels and victors alike. Will you embrace the opulence of the Capitol or the resilience of the districts? Dress in your best tribute gear or extravagant Capitol fashion, and get ready for a night of strategy, surprises, and non-stop fun.
May the odds be ever in your favor!

Step into a world where you’re the hero. Our Dungeons & Dragons Club is designed for teens who want more than just a game—it’s a place to build epic characters, explore fantasy worlds, and write legendary stories with friends.
Whether you're a rogue sneaking through shadows, a wizard slinging fireballs, or a bard with a sharp tongue and sharper blade, your choices shape the story. No two games are the same.
Meeting Dates:
First Saturday of the month — September to December
Time: 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Ages: 14–18
Cost: $5 per session
Includes: Pizza and snacks!
Perfect for homeschool teens who love fantasy, storytelling, and tabletop adventures.
No experience necessary—we’ll help you create your first character and jump right into the action!

Big News: The Middle School Luau is Moving to Cullman!
We want to be transparent with our amazing families and explain a recent decision regarding future Middle School Luau's.
For the past several years, we’ve loved hosting this event in Huntsville, but as our community grows, so do the demands of putting on a safe, fun, and well-organized event. Unfortunately, we have experienced an ongoing shortage of local volunteers in the Huntsville area, which has made it increasingly difficult to support the number of attendees we’d love to welcome.
Why the Move?
Without enough volunteers, we are forced to cap attendance, which limits the event’s potential and makes it financially challenging to cover venue costs. After much consideration, we’ve made the decision to relocate this event to Cullman, Alabama, where we already have a strong and reliable team of volunteers ready to step in and help.
New Location:
Coming August 2025 Middle School Luau will now be held in Cullman, Alabama—and it’s going to be bigger and better than ever!
The Scout Center – Cullman, AL
This spacious venue offers both indoor and outdoor areas, allowing us to create an even more immersive and fun luau experience! With stronger volunteer support and a more budget-friendly location, we’ll be able to expand our capacity and elevate the event with enhanced decorations, themed activities, and plenty of space to celebrate.
What’s Changing?
-
New City: Now in Cullman, not Huntsville
-
New Venue: The Scout Center
-
Same Concept: Just more space, more theming, and more fun!
Everyone is Still Invited!
Even though we’re moving out of Huntsville, we want to assure you that this luau is open to all middle schoolers, regardless of where you're from. We can’t wait to welcome you to this tropical celebration in its new home!
