VOLUNTEER WITH TIMELESS
Help Create Meaningful Experiences for Homeschool Students
Timeless Homeschool Events exists because of volunteers.
What began in 2009 as a group of dedicated homeschool parents creating a memorable prom experience for local students has grown into Timeless Homeschool Events, Inc., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization serving homeschool families across North Alabama through proms, dances, graduations, immersive events, and community gatherings.
Timeless is entirely volunteer-run. No one profits from our events. Every ticket purchased goes directly toward creating beautiful, meaningful experiences for homeschool students while keeping ticket prices as affordable as possible for families.
The heart of Timeless has always been parents willing to serve.
As our own students graduate and families move into new seasons, we are always looking for new volunteers who want to help continue what makes Timeless special.
Ways You Can Help
We welcome volunteers with all kinds of gifts and abilities, including:
Event Planning & Creative Team
Help brainstorm themes, plan experiences, and bring ideas to life through decorating and event styling.
Set Up & Decorating
Assist with transforming venues through decorating, staging, lighting, and final event setup.
Kitchen & Hospitality Team
Help prepare food areas, serve meals, keep stations stocked, and create a welcoming guest experience.
Chaperones
Help us maintain a safe, fun, and welcoming environment for students during events.
Dad Volunteer Team / Security Presence
We especially welcome dads who can help provide a visible security presence, assist with parking, venue oversight, and event support.
Loading / Unloading Crew
Help load décor, supplies, and equipment before events and assist with breakdown afterward.
Clean Up Team
Help restore venues after events so our volunteer teams can finish strong together.

Volunteer Expectations
To help ensure Timeless events remain safe, organized, and welcoming for all families, volunteers are asked to participate in our volunteer preparation process.
Volunteer Meetings
Volunteers are expected to attend either one in-person volunteer meeting or one Zoom during the active planning season. These meetings help our team stay informed, prepared, and connected as we plan upcoming events.
Background Checks
Because Timeless serves youth and families, all volunteers are subject to background screening as determined by the Timeless Board of Directors. This helps us maintain a safe and trusted environment for students, families, and fellow volunteers.
Commitment to Service
We ask volunteers to serve with reliability, kindness, and a team spirit that reflects the welcoming community Timeless strives to create.
