Leadership Committee Program
As Timeless continues to grow, we are looking for parents and community members who would like to become more involved behind the scenes through our Leadership Committee Program.
Over the years, Timeless has been blessed with incredible families, volunteers, committee members, and supporters who have helped create memorable experiences for homeschool teens across Alabama. As students graduate and families naturally move into new seasons of life, it becomes increasingly important to identify and develop new leaders who can help continue and strengthen these programs for future generations.
Unlike traditional event volunteers, Leadership Committee Members help contribute to the planning, development, and future direction of Timeless. These positions focus on leadership, research, planning, and organizational support throughout the year rather than volunteering at a single event.
Whether your talents are in planning, organization, creativity, communication, hospitality, safety, logistics, or research, there may be a place for you on our Leadership Committee Team.
Meeting Commitment
Leadership Committee Members are asked to attend one meeting each month on the second Thursday of the month from 6:30 PM to 7:30 PM. Via Zoom

Active Leadership Committee Members receive:
• Two complimentary tickets for their immediate family to Timeless events, including access to reserved committee member tickets for sold-out events

To remain eligible for Leadership Committee benefits, members must remain active by attending meetings regularly and supporting the mission of Timeless throughout the year.
Leadership Opportunities
Event Planning Leadership Member
Help shape the future of Timeless by assisting with event planning, brainstorming new event concepts, researching opportunities, and helping develop future dances, socials, specialty events, and pop-up experiences.
Venue & Logistics Leadership Member
Research venues, gather pricing, schedule tours, visit venues, take photos and measurements, and assist with future event logistics.
Decor & Experience Leadership Member
Assist with theme development, atmosphere design, decor planning, event layouts, and creating memorable event experiences.
Food & Hospitality Leadership Member
Research food options, develop menu ideas, assist with hospitality planning, and help create themed food experiences.
Photography Leadership Member
Research photographers, coordinate photography services, assist with photo opportunities, and help organize event galleries.
Social Media & Communications Leadership Member
Assist with social media planning, content calendars, event promotion, newsletters, website content, and communication initiatives.
