• In the case of bad weather, the 2025 Fall Dance will be rescheduled ASAP to an indoor venue.

• Refunds will not be given in the case of bad weather; your ticket will be good for the rescheduled Fall Dance. If you cannot attend the rescheduled Fall Dance, you will receive a credit to use for the 2025 Prom or The Timeless Cullman A Night In Panem Fall Dance. When and where is the Fall Dance? It will be held on October 4th, 2025, from 6 pm to 9 pm at Huntsville Botanical Gardens (Grisham Pavilion). This is an outdoor event. Please dress for the weather! In the case of bad weather, we will reschedule the event for a different date and a different indoor venue.     

When will tickets go on sale?  Ticket sales begin August 1st; website subscribers can purchase tickets in July. Early Bird Subscriber tickets will be available for $25.  Regular-priced tickets are then $30.  Late tickets are $40. Tickets will not be available at the door.

Is there a deadline for purchasing tickets? Can I get my tickets at the door during the Fall Dance? The ticket purchase deadline is October 4th, or until sold out, whichever is first. If we sell out, NO tickets will be sold to anyone. Tickets will NOT be sold at the dance. Anyone without a ticket will not be allowed access to the dance. Tickets are expected to sell quickly! We periodically announce the number of tickets still available on our Facebook page and Instagram. Please make sure you purchase a ticket. Do not depend on someone else to have bought your ticket. Tickets must be printed and brought with you; if you cannot access a printer, you can have your QR code scanned at ticket check-in.

How will I check in at the dance?
When you purchase your ticket, Ticketspice will offer you several ticket options. You will receive a link with a QR code (barcode). You can print this code out and bring it with you.

What if we have a change of plans and cannot attend? Can I get a refund?  
There are no refunds. Please ensure you can attend before purchasing a ticket. Please understand that we will not resell your ticket.

Who can attend the Fall Dance? Do I have to be homeschooled?
All homeschoolers in high school (9th through 12th grade), regardless of church cover school or address, are invited to attend Timeless Homeschool Events Fall Dance. As a high school homeschooled student, you may invite up to two non-homeschooled guests. Every attendee's minimum age is 14 on the night of the event.  NO ONE may be older than 19 on the night of the Fall Dance. (Age Strictly Enforced)

My parents would like to help somehow… what can they do?
VOLUNTEER—We are always in need of volunteers. Without volunteers, the dance cannot happen! Email T.H.E. at timelesscommittee@gmail for volunteer information.

 
Additional Information... Please be advised that we will have HSV police stationed at The Botanical Garden while the party progresses. We will use metal detectors as you enter. If you have a pocket knife or mace, check them with our security desk. They will put your items in a plastic bag with your information.  You may pick items up before leaving the venue. ALL VAPES WILL BE THROWN AWAY! If we catch you with a vape inside our events, you will be asked to leave and banned from ALL timeless events!!

Timeless Homeschool Events Fall Dance has a ZERO tolerance policy for alcohol, drugs, smoking, or misconduct. If you are found to violate these policies, you will be escorted from the dance with a phone call to your parents.  A refund WILL NOT be issued.

NO weapons, including any gun or knife, of any sort, any kind, in any form, are allowed on the premises for any reason whatsoever. Any Violations of the above rules will result in being banned from any of our events!
 

Public displays of affection are unacceptable. This includes sitting on laps, making out, and inappropriate dancing (grinding, moshing, dirty dancing, twerking, etc.)

Outside food and drink are not allowed.

Any complaints or concerns should be brought directly to a Planning Committee member or chaperone.
