A New Chapter for Timeless Prom
For many wonderful years, Timeless Prom called the Roundhouse home, and we are deeply thankful for the memories made there. It was the backdrop for so many special nights, friendships, and milestone moments for homeschool teens across North Alabama.
As many families know, the Roundhouse is no longer being used as a public rental venue at this time, which meant Timeless needed to begin searching for a new home for Prom. Finding a venue in the Huntsville area that can safely accommodate our large homeschool community while also remaining reasonably priced so we can keep ticket costs affordable for families has become increasingly difficult.
After much prayer, planning, and consideration, we found our new home at Ingalls Harbor Pavilion in Decatur Alabama.
We believe this beautiful venue offers so many wonderful advantages for our families, including greater capacity than our previous venue, spacious on site parking, modern facilities, beautiful waterfront surroundings, and both indoor and outdoor gathering spaces that give us room to grow and create memorable experiences for years to come.
We are excited for this next chapter and look forward to making new memories together in a beautiful new setting while continuing the heart of what Timeless Prom has always been, a special night for homeschool students from across North Alabama to gather, celebrate, and simply enjoy being together.

The Next Chapter of Timeless Formal Events
At Timeless Homeschool Events, our mission has always been to create beautiful, meaningful, and memorable experiences for homeschool students. That mission remains unchanged.
What is changing is how we move forward.
After thoughtful review, Timeless is excited to share a new vision for our formal event season, one designed to better serve students, preserve the elegance and excitement our families love, and create safer, more intentionally structured experiences for everyone attending.
Introducing Two Distinct Spring Events
Timeless Spring Formal
For students ages 14 to 17
(Freshmen, Sophomores, and Juniors)
This event will be designed as an elegant spring celebration, offering Freshmen, Sophomores, and Juniors a beautiful and memorable formal experience as part of the Timeless Formal Series.
The Timeless Spring Formal will feature its own unique theme, completely separate from Senior Prom, creating a distinct experience all its own. Theme details and the official reveal will be announced soon on the dedicated Spring Formal page on this website, as the Timeless Spring Formal is a completely separate event from Senior Prom, with its own unique experience and theme.
Timeless Senior Prom
For students ages 16 to 19
(Juniors and Seniors)
Senior Prom will continue as a milestone event created for upperclassmen, offering a beautiful and memorable formal experience for students nearing the close of their high school years.
Senior Prom will also feature its own distinct theme, separate from the Spring Formal, creating two unique and exciting formal experiences each season.
A Unique Opportunity for Juniors
Because Juniors bridge both stages of high school life, Juniors will be eligible to attend both events, giving them the opportunity to enjoy two distinct spring formal experiences.
Guest Tickets
Timeless recognizes that homeschool friendships often extend beyond homeschool circles and may include lifelong friends, neighbors, church friends, relatives, and students attending other educational paths.
To honor those relationships while maintaining accountability, eligible attendees may invite up to two guests, subject to availability and registration requirements. Timeless will review all ticket registrations to ensure guest information is fully completed, accurate, and properly connected to the student inviting them.
If a student has a larger friend group or family members they would like to invite, we encourage families to email Timeless in advance to request consideration for additional guest tickets. While additional guest approvals are not guaranteed, Timeless will do its best to accommodate requests when capacity and event planning allow.
All guest tickets must be tied directly to the student inviting them and will require full registration, identity verification, and approval prior to ticket release.
Thoughtful Attendance Limits
To create a safer, more comfortable, and more intentional event experience, Timeless will be moving to a lower capacity model of approximately 250 attendees for formal events.
This smaller attendance model allows Timeless to provide stronger supervision, better guest oversight, improved check in flow, and a more enjoyable overall atmosphere for students attending for the right reasons.
For many years, Timeless has worked hard to make room for as many students as possible.
If demand exceeded expectations, Timeless often found ways to expand capacity by increasing volunteers, purchasing additional insurance coverage, adding security, and adjusting operations so more students could attend.
We have always believed in making room whenever reasonably possible because we understand how important these milestone events are to homeschool students and their families.
However, moving forward, that model is changing.
Once Timeless reaches its announced event capacity, tickets are sold out.
Under no circumstances will additional tickets be released beyond event capacity.
There will be no waiting list.
There will be no exceptions once capacity has been reached.
To help families with changing schedules, Timeless plans to hold back approximately 50 tickets for release shortly before the event.
The release date for those final tickets will be announced in advance on Facebook and Instagram so families know exactly when they become available.
If initial tickets sell out, those final reserved tickets may be the last opportunity to attend.
If cancellations create openings, those tickets must still be purchased online through the official ticketing system and all registration requirements will still apply.
No cash ticket sales will be accepted at the door.
We know this may be difficult for some families, and this is one of the hardest changes for Timeless to make because we never want students, especially Seniors, to miss such an important experience.
But maintaining order, protecting student safety, and preserving the quality of the event experience must come first.
New Ticket Registration and Check In Policy
As Timeless continues building safe, meaningful, and age appropriate experiences for homeschool students, we are introducing a new ticket registration and check in system designed to improve accountability, strengthen event security, and better protect the student experience.
Age Verification Is Strictly Enforced
Each Timeless event is intentionally planned and designed for a specific age group.
Because of that, age requirements will be strictly enforced at registration.
If an event is listed for a specific age range and a student falls outside that range, the ticketing system will not allow registration for that event.
Timeless events are carefully curated to be age appropriate, socially appropriate, and intentionally designed for the students each event is meant to serve.
One Ticket Equals One Identity
Every ticket issued through Timeless must be tied directly to one verified individual identity.
Each ticket registration will require:
• Full legal name
• Date of birth and age verification
• A clear current headshot photo
• Complete registration information
• For Guest Tickets, the name of the student inviting them
Once a ticket is assigned to a person, that ticket belongs only to that individual.
No one may attend using another person's ticket or registration information.
Photo Verification Requirements
Every ticket holder must submit a clear, current photo showing their full face.
The following photos will not be accepted:
• Obscured faces
• Sunglasses or heavy face coverings
• Filters or altered photos
• Group photos
• Dark or blurry images
• Side profile photos
• Any photo where the full face cannot clearly be seen
Wrong photos, unclear photos, or photos where we cannot clearly see the attendee’s full face may delay ticket release or result in denied entry until identity can be verified.
New Check In Process
All attendees, including Guest Ticket holders, will go through identity verification at check in.
At entry:
• Ticket QR code will be scanned
• Registration information will be pulled up
• Staff will visually match the attendee’s face to the submitted registration photo
• Security screening will take place where applicable
• Once verified, entry will be granted
We will be matching the face of every ticket holder to the person attending.
Every ticket must match the person entering the event.
Ticket Transfers
Ticket transfers are still allowed, but only through TicketSpice’s official transfer system.
If you purchase a ticket and later decide to invite a different guest, that ticket must be transferred into the new attendee’s name before the event.
Families may contact Timeless by email, and we will help begin the official transfer process.
When a transfer is completed:
• The original ticket is canceled
• A new ticket is issued
• The new attendee must complete registration information
• The new attendee must submit their own photo
• The ticket becomes tied to the new attendee’s verified identity
A guest may not attend using a ticket registered under someone else’s name.
Every ticket must match the person entering the event.
Why These Changes Matter
Timeless serves students from across North Alabama and beyond. Unlike a single school, co op, or homeschool group where families may already know one another, Timeless welcomes students from many different homeschool communities, educational backgrounds, and social circles.
Because of that, it is important that we clearly know who is attending our events.
Most traditional high school proms and formal events require identification or guest verification for safety and accountability. Timeless will now be doing the same.
We understand that these new policies may feel like a lot.
But if you are attending Timeless for the right reasons, to celebrate, enjoy time with friends, make memories, and be part of a safe and meaningful experience, these changes should not create a problem for you.
Our goal is not to make attendance difficult for respectful students. Our goal is to protect the experience for those students.
We also recognize that stronger accountability may discourage those who intend to break rules, create chaos, or undermine the event experience for others, and in many ways, that is part of the purpose behind these changes.
Timeless is committed to creating events where students who come for the right reasons can enjoy a beautiful, fun, and safe experience without unnecessary drama, disruption, or unsafe behavior.
The next chapter of Timeless is just beginning.
Strengthened Event Security Measures
Timeless is implementing significantly stronger security measures at all major events in order to protect students, support volunteers, and preserve the integrity of the event experience for everyone attending.
New security measures will include:
• Security cameras monitoring public event areas, including venue spaces, entrances, outdoor gathering areas, and parking areas where applicable
• A professional paid security team positioned both inside and outside the venue throughout the event
• Paid law enforcement officers onsite to support safety, security, and emergency response if needed
• Controlled venue access points with security stationed before guests reach the main check in area
• Ticket visibility checks as attendees approach the venue entrance so security can identify approved guests before they reach registration
• No large purses, backpacks, or oversized bags permitted inside the event
• Small clutch style bags only
• All bags are subject to thorough inspection before entry
• All attendees are subject to security screening, including handheld wand screening, before entering the venue
• Any prohibited item discovered during screening will result in denial of entry or further action if necessary
If you choose to bring a bag, please understand that it will be checked. If you are uncomfortable with bag screening, we strongly encourage leaving bags at home.
Please understand, Timeless is not implementing these measures to be difficult or unkind. These changes are being made to maintain the integrity of our events, protect student safety, and create an environment where respectful students can enjoy a beautiful and memorable experience without unnecessary disruption.
Timeless is also moving major events into a new venue environment that offers greater control, better parking oversight, and a safer event perimeter.
Unlike previous downtown event settings, our new venue provides dedicated parking for attendees and allows security to establish controlled access before guests even reach the main event entrance.
This means unauthorized visitors, uninvited guests, and outside disruptions can be stopped before they ever reach the venue doors.
These changes are intentional, and they are designed with one goal in mind: a safer, stronger Timeless experience for everyone attending. Once again we understand its a lot to get used to but If you are attending Timeless for the right reasons, these safety measures should not concern you. They are simply part of creating a safe and respectful event experience for everyone.

Looking Ahead to Prom 2027
As we look ahead to 2027, there is already a quiet excitement building for what is to come.
Every Timeless Prom begins with an idea, then slowly becomes something beautiful through months of planning, creativity, and thoughtful design. Long before tickets go on sale, the dreaming has already begun.
For 2027, our team is creating something new, carefully imagined and thoughtfully planned, with the hope of giving our homeschool community another evening that feels special from the moment guests arrive.
Our new venue also opens the door to greater creativity, giving us more room to design, build, and bring new ideas to life in ways we simply could not before.
For now, the details remain a secret.
But we can say this:
Something beautiful is coming.
Regal. Elegant. Timeless.
The 2027 theme will be revealed this fall.
