Gulf Shores Beach Glo Bash Information
We are making some changes regarding the Timeless Gulf Shores Beach Glo Bash. Initially, we had the Gulf State Pavilion reserved for October 4, 2025, in Gulf Shores, AL. However, due to the unexpected growth of Timeless Homeschool Cullman, we will need to reschedule this event.
Timeless Homeschool Cullman has expanded significantly in recent years, growing from hosting a few events a year to now managing four major events annually: Fall Dance, A Night in Narnia Middle School Formal, Prom, and Graduation, in addition to monthly Teen Nights. The graduation ceremony, in particular, has grown so much that we will now hold it over two days.
With all of these new events and responsibilities, including preparing for Huntsville's latest event, The Harry Potter Yule Tide Ball, the team at Timeless Homeschool Cullman —which includes four of us working together between our Cullman and Huntsville branches—has been stretched thin. Our event planning process is thorough and time-consuming. We research venues to find the best locations for each event’s theme, meet with parents interested in volunteering as chaperones, coordinate with DJs, and carefully plan food menus and quantities for every event. However, with the rapid growth in our area and surrounding areas, we've found ourselves unable to adequately prepare the Beach Bash event in the usual detailed manner.
Dances, in particular, require extensive preparation, and we’ve realized that we need more time to execute our vision for the Gulf Shores Beach Glo Bash.
In light of this, we recently organized a Murder Mystery Event in Shelby County, which was an overwhelming success! Participants had a blast immersing themselves in their character roles, planning costumes, solving the mystery, and connecting with new and old friends. The event was so enjoyable that we’ve decided to host a second one in Shelby County again this year. After the success of this event, we realized that Gulf Shores would be the perfect location for a Murder Mystery Party. It’s a more straightforward event to organize, requiring fewer volunteers and no DJ, and it is something the four of us can more easily plan and execute.
This change will allow us to offer a fantastic, memorable experience while we take the time to fully plan our upcoming dances and other events for the Gulf Coast Area.

We started this group as a result of the kids who traveled from the Mobile area to the Huntsville area to attend our Fall Dance. We are still in the planning phases but are excited to have others join us with ideas for dances and parties. Timeless is known to put on heavily themed dances that transform attendees from their daily lives to a special moment to create everlasting memories. Our events are not field trips or group gatherings at the traditional meeting places, we specialize in dances, but we are welcome to have you post your current local events, information, and anything homeschool-related that may be useful to others. We welcome your suggestions and ideas. Join us!

Our Mission
​Timeless Homeschool Events (THE) acts as a nonpartisan entity to bring homeschool students together regardless of other affiliations by providing traditional social events, including coming-of-age and other milestone functions, which foster interactions and linkages within the community. T.H.E. develops and supports social and recreational events to meet the needs of homeschooled students to encourage a feeling of community and goodwill among traditional and homeschooled students.
