For many wonderful years, The Roundhouse was home to countless Timeless memories, beautiful evenings, milestone celebrations, and unforgettable moments for homeschool students and families.
As The Roundhouse closes to public rentals, we say thank you for the memories and for the special place it holds in our story.
Now, a new chapter begins.
Welcome to Ingalls Harbor Pavilion in Decatur, Alabama, our new event home for 2026-2027 school year and beyond.
The Carolina Charm prom is still at the Roundhouse! The Change takes place NEXT YEAR.

Timeless Homeschool Events exists to provide thoughtfully curated social experiences that enrich the homeschool journey. Through elegant gatherings, immersive events, and intentional community building, we create spaces where students can celebrate milestones, build friendships, and make lasting memories.

Meet the Team Behind Timeless
Tamara Agnew
Planning Committee Member & Decorating Chairperson
Tamara oversees the creative vision and décor for Timeless Homeschool Events, helping bring each theme to life in a way that is beautiful, thoughtful, and accessible. She plays an active role in planning and event logistics, helping ensure gatherings run smoothly and feel special from beginning to end.
In addition to supporting Huntsville-area events, Tamara also lends her creativity and design vision to Timeless Cullman events, helping shape immersive experiences across both chapters through thoughtful décor, event styling, and collaborative planning.

Jaime Roberson
Planning Committee Member & Volunteer Chairperson
Jaime leads volunteer coordination for Timeless Homeschool Events, managing sign-ups, communication, and team assignments that help events run smoothly, safely, and efficiently. She also contributes to planning support for Huntsville-area events and helps oversee the organization’s social media and public communications.
As part of the Timeless leadership team, Jaime provides important behind-the-scenes administrative support that helps strengthen the foundation of Timeless and supports the organization’s continued work across both Huntsville and Cullman.

Jennifer Garcia
Cullman Chapter Director, Event Host & Coordinator
Jennifer leads the Cullman chapter of Timeless Homeschool Events, where she creates immersive, memorable experiences for teens and tweens through thoughtful planning, creative décor, and engaging event hosting. Her chapter offers monthly teen nights featuring holiday dinners, murder mystery experiences, game nights, themed gatherings, and other community-building events designed to bring homeschool students together in fun and meaningful ways.
In addition to leading Timeless Cullman, Jennifer also plays an important role in supporting Huntsville-area events, helping extend the Timeless mission across North Alabama through collaboration, creativity, and a heart for community.
